At Las Cruces, we envision a showcase of contemporary Mexican and Californian architecture set on the last frontier of Los Cabo's East Cape. The proposed community plan focuses on a self-sufficient lifestyle utilizing alternative resources.

Phase One:Infrastructure... Home sites and access roads are developed. Water treatment facilities are underway.

Phase Two: Community Center... Our landmark pavilion will act as a focal point for the area; it will enclose a community hall, a restaurant, shops and studio apartments.

Phase Three: Residential Construction...The sites will be developed as single and multi-family homes. The focus of construction will be on the "evolution" of Los Cabos architecture.
